1. Elevator Technician
- Location: Mizoram, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra
- Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevators and escalators.
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during service calls.
- Qualifications:
- Technical certification in elevator technology or similar field.
- Previous experience in elevator maintenance preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
2. Project Manager
- Location: Kolkata
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of elevator installation projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or vertical transportation industries.
3. Customer Support Specialist
- Location: Kolkata, Pune
- Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers for elevator installations and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or support preferred.
